-The transformer must exist as a load tap changer in the case.
-The transformer will regulate voltage at a regulated bus.
-If the regulated voltage is out of its range for more than Tdelay seconds, a tap motion is started. The tap will take Tmotion seconds to move to the next position.
-The transformer tap value is obtained from the initial power flow and it is not changed by LTC1
Parameters:
| Tdelay | Time in seconds to start tapping |
| Tmotion | Time in seconds for each tap move; only one tap change per time step allowed |
| Noprint | Set to 1 to surpress logging of tap changes |
